Your agreement with Nummi — your spiritual AI companion
Welcome to Nummi — your conscious AI companion guided by your stars. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nummi AI Inc.'s ("we," "us," "our") spiritual AI companion available at https://app.nummi.ai and through our mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").
Important: By using Nummi, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.
ARBITRATION NOTICE: Section 9 contains an arbitration clause and class action waiver. By agreeing to these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration, which means you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
1About Nummi
1.1 What Nummi Does
Nummi is an AI-powered spiritual companion that combines:
- ✨Vedic astrology insights based on your birth chart
- 🧠AI conversation with memory of your journey
- 🌙Daily cosmic guidance and personalized readings
1.2 AI-Generated Content
Nummi uses artificial intelligence to generate spiritual guidance and insights. You acknowledge that:
- •AI responses may not always be accurate or complete
- •Nummi is for spiritual exploration, not professional medical, legal, or financial advice
- •You should not make major life decisions based solely on Nummi's guidance
- •If you publish Nummi's outputs, you must cite that they were AI-generated
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nummi. If you're between 13-18, you need parent or guardian permission before using our Services.
2Accounts & Subscriptions
2.1 Account Creation
To use Nummi, you must create an account and provide:
- •Accurate email address
- •Secure password
- •Birth details (date, time, place) for astrological chart generation
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
2.2 Subscription Plans
Nummi offers both free and paid subscription tiers:
Free Tier
Limited access to basic chat and birth chart insights
Premium
Full access to personalized readings, deep guidance, and all features
2.3 Payment & Billing
- •Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel
- •Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- •Refunds are handled according to our refund policy (contact support@nummi.ai)
- •You can cancel anytime via app settings
3Acceptable Use
You May Not:
- ❌Use Nummi for any illegal or harmful purposes
- ❌Share your account with others
- ❌Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape our AI models or content
- ❌Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
- ❌Publish Nummi's outputs as your own without attribution
- ❌Harass, abuse, or harm others through our Services
4Intellectual Property
Our Content
Nummi, our logo, design, code, and underlying AI models are owned by Nummi AI Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your:
- •Birth chart data (we calculate it, but you own it)
- •Conversations and inputs you provide
- •Personal information
By using Nummi, you grant us a license to use your inputs to provide and improve our Services.
AI-Generated Outputs
Outputs generated by Nummi are provided "as-is." You may use them for personal purposes, but if you publish or share them publicly, you must indicate they were AI-generated by Nummi.
5Privacy & Data
Your privacy is sacred to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal and spiritual data.

We provide Nummi "as-is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
7Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- •Nummi AI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or $100, whichever is greater)
- •We are not responsible for decisions you make based on Nummi's guidance
8Account Termination
You Can Cancel Anytime
You may delete your account at any time through app settings. Upon deletion, we'll remove your data according to our Privacy Policy.
We May Suspend or Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for legal/regulatory reasons. We'll notify you when possible.
9Dispute Resolution
IMPORTANT: This section affects your legal rights
Most disputes can be resolved through friendly conversation. If we can't resolve a dispute informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. This means:
- •No jury trials
- •No class action lawsuits
- •Disputes resolved by neutral arbitrator
You can opt-out of arbitration by emailing support@nummi.ai within 30 days of creating your account.
10Other Important Stuff
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes (subject to the arbitration clause) will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
10.2 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy make up the complete agreement between you and Nummi.
